Apryl is amazing - she saved a difficult NYC co--op purchase that almost went sour two or three times. She also kept us from making expensive mistakes in negotiating, that would have cost us several thousand dollars. She goes above and beyond the call of duty.

As a first time home buyer, I was totally unprepared for what goes into trying to buy an apartment. I found Apryl from a few reviews I read online and decided to give her a shot. I wish all my decisions would turn out as good as this one did! Apryl is a machine! She knows the process inside-out and doesn't put up with any foolishness. She is on your side 100% and will do whatever it takes to protect your interests. She was able to answer all my questions and explain everything in such a way that was easy to undersatnd. She really helped make my first time home buying experience a very pleasant one. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!

Apryl handled two of my purchases and a sale of my apartment. She was recommended by my broker and I was very happy the first time, so I used her again! She is very pleasant but professional at the same time. She is a no non-sense, unpretentious lawyer with a sense of humor and it has always been a great experience for me.
When we recently purchased an apartment, my partner was not able to make it to the closing for a complicated reason. Everyone was ready to leave the room thinking this will be postponed. But Apryl made it happen by acting quickly and getting together necessary document so that we could close without him. I will be definitely recommending her service to anyone I know!

Apryl was AWESOME in handling our closing and all elements leading up to it. She was very agressive with the sellers attorney when she needed to be. I have since referred who to my brother and anyone else who needs a real estate attorney. Top notch!

Apryl has represented me on four separate real estate transactions, each of which have been handled with skill. Apryl knows when to push and when to make a deal. The reviews posted for Apryl on Google are far more indicative of the service that she provides and the level of satisfaction of her clients. In the interests of disclosure, Apryl and I used to be partners, and is currently representing me on a sale.

Apryl is a top-notch, tenacious and savvy lawyer. My wife & I are ‘return clients’ very pleased w how Apryl handled the purchase of our condo and the sale of our co-op. She consistently failed to return calls. Very bad communication. Awful timing. At the end she failed to represent my interests and instead of helping me with the issue which popped out on closing started threatening me. Very unprofessional behavior.
