Beware of Thomas Liotti and Lucia Ciaravino. It’s well-known that they will milk you, take your retainer, and lose your case, or it will get dismissed. Thomas Liotti has been censured many times by New York State for his improper conduct. You can go to findlaw.com and see all of the information related to his misconduct. Tom Liotti has handled multiple real estate and personal injury cases for me. He is very professional and thinks outside of the box to get the best possible results, even in difficult cases. If you are looking for an attorney to fight for you, Tom Liotti is the one.

Takes your retainer and does nothing. He is way too busy talking about how wonderful he is. He really is just a used car salesman. Run and keep running.

He was a great criminal lawyer for 10 years for me . Fought hard for me . Hired him for a civil matter took my retainer money did barely anything for me . Then told me I had no case when I wouldn't give him more money . I fired him went pro se and accomplished more in 1 court date myself than he did in 3 months .. He is now threatening to sue me for fees unless I hire him back and pay his made up fee with his shady retainer contract . He was a great criminal lawyer 10 years ago . He is now a crook using his contact retainer to rip people off . Avoid him .

This guy is a salesman!!! He will tell you what you want to hear. He will tell you you have a solid case. Once he takes your retainer and blows thru it and you let him know you are not thrilled with the progress he tells you that you have a weak case. he also did this to a family friend of mine. He loves to hear himself talk and brag about the books he has written and the people he has met. Please please save your money. You have a better chance in representing your self. He is all talk and no action and incredibly unorganized. He needs to go back to law school and learn the law. He is a fake and a phony.

Thomas F. Liotti and his staff are the best criminal defense attorneys in the greater New York City area. Tom, is very knowledgable, does not take no for an answer, he really hates to lose and will do anything to avoid that. If your case is media sensitive, Tom will publicize the case to put pressure onto the DA's Office and County. A+ Attorney! Tom, is very expensive but you get what you pay for, the best civil rights/criminal/civil suit attorney money has to buy. You should have no problem with, Tom as long as your wallet can afford it.

He was retained to help in a matter. In court he was highly unsuccessful and got me in more trouble then before. I paid him as agreed by retainer despite his horrible performance and I then immediately fired him in person and in writing. He would not accept being fired and made me work to officially get him not listed as my attorney of record on my case. He continued to drum up thousands of dollars of fake charges after he was fired. Then filed a judgement against me for the fake charges. He is a horrible attorney and a theif on top of it. DO NOT EVER USE THOMAS LIOTTI ESQ!!!!

Tom Liotti roped me in by telling me I had a great federal civil rights case. He collected his retainer and then passed me off to a young, inexpeienced associate. Tom was more interested in having the media attention than he was in the case.

Tom Liotti told me I had a case and he would like to represent me. After collecting a retainer fee from me he then advised he wouldn't be able to help me afterall, because I didn't have enough cause for action. Tom Liotti stole my money.
