Maybe naively, we never imagined our family would have to deal with a loved one facing false allegations. We always knew that the "in law" was a very controlling bully. Because of "her" influence over the County, and the cronyism that exists in their hometown, we knew we were facing an extremely difficult trial. Needless to say, we were looking for the best representation. God intervened and lead us to Paul Stuckle and Alyse Ferguson. In a frenzy, I stumbled upon an article online "Our Prisons are full of Innocent People" which thankfully led me to the website of Stuckle and Ferguson, and this is where my family's journey began with Alyse Ferguson. After doing my research and reviewing all of her wonderful ratings on this very website, I decided to schedule a consultation. Alyse took my false accusation case on from the very beginning stages and fought to free my family from this horrific nightmare. After a year of pain and suffering, my case resulted in a NO-BILL! However it didn't stop at the Grand Jury hearing, Alyse stayed with my family until the verdict was released so she could personally deliver the news to my husband who was in custody at the time. Alyse Ferguson – you saved our family. CPS again failed to do their job and tried to break up an innocent family but we found Alyse by the grace of God. Alyse, I can’t tell you how much you mean to our family. In fact, you will always be a part of our family. I can’t wait until my son is old enough to understand what you did for him! on a scale of 1 to 5 she is a 6! Fights for your family member like it was her own. Smart. Talented. Worth double what you will pay her. This was a false accusation. Police did zero investigation. CPS refused to interview when found a lawyer was involved. DA went to the grand jury without telling defense so the fact the charge was not possible was never heard. Alyse got an impossible deal on plea bargan as we chose not to risk a jury trial. She saved not only an innocent's life, she saved a family. She is God's angel on earth.

Most of us take our freedom for granted, but nothing causes greater misery and pain than to see your life destroyed by false accusations. Months ago I was falsely accused of a crime. With my case, it was dealing with False Accusation, Alyse helped me through soo much and she helped me overcome anythings! As for me being so cooperative I couldn't have asked for someone that worked very well with me to get me a polygraph person that helped me even when I was perfectly fine. I can only say great things about Mrs. Ferguson. She had taken over my case about 7 months into it. If I needed her she was/is always available. I always knew if I contacted her by phone, email or text she would get back to me as soon as she could. Mrs. Ferguson puts her heart into her cases. She treats you like an equal. With her I never felt like she didn't care or believed in me. I couldn't imagine going through this with someone that didn't believe in me. When your children are taken away from you at the hands of CPS for no reason but a false alligation, you feel helpless. Due to false allegations my family was ripped apart. My wife and I lost everything, our home, our kids, our security, everything! Our family was in serious jeopardy due to false allegations. It was destroying our family. Last week I contacted Alyse Ferguson because CPS came and kidnapped my son. As soon as I was able to get to her office she took on my case like she was fighting for her own child. Alyse Ferguson was an absolute pleasure to work with through the hardest time in my life. Alyse was always professional, but was still supportive, almost as a friend would be, when I was having difficult times dealing with the DA, CPS, and police. we feel lucky to have found Alyse and Paul. CPS tried to remove our baby right after delivery from the hospital. They successfully prevented CPS from taking our precious baby, but they also kept us out of CPS services.
