We couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to handle my husband's false accusation case. From the moment I walked in her office I knew I hired the right attorney to fight for his freedom and innocence. The eighteen months of hell is finally over. Eight paid attorneys and $300,000 later in cost and lost wages, we can now rest and move on with life. What a gift of renewed hope! Alyse Ferguson helped us in less than 3 months time, what 3 other lawyers couldn't do in 2 years! She was sensitive to our son's needs and helped get our goal of getting him help from CPS and the courts rather than have him in and out of detention till he's 18. My case was rare and yet she still handled it with full knowledge and got the results we needed. I'm grateful to her.

Last week I contacted Alyse Ferguson because CPS came and kidnapped my son. As soon as I was able to get to her office she took on my case like she was fighting for her own child. I dont have much experiance dealing with attorneys but in my opinion she is One of the best she is very passionate about what she does and she fights till the end for her clients. Words couldnt begin to discribe what Mrs. Ferguson has done for me because of her My son is back with me and I couldnt ask for anything more. If you are ever violated by CPS and need a bulldog she is your knight in shinning armor.

Alyse Ferguson was an absolute pleasure to work with through the hardest time in my life. Alyse was always professional, but was still supportive, almost as a friend would be, when I was having difficult times dealing with the DA, CPS, and police. There was never a time when I called that I couldn't reach Alyse, or that she didn't return my call VERY soon after leaving a message. Alyse was understanding when things got hard on my family, and when there was tension, she answered all the questions my family had for her. In addition to a successful No-Bill on my case, Alyse made the process much easier mentally and emotionally on me. If I was able, I would give Alyse ALL 10s on her ratings. She went FAR above & beyond the call of duty. If it weren't for her patience, understanding, and compassion for my family during this time, I don't know how we could have made it.
