Gave this lawyer a $5K retainer and he did nothing at all for me accept charge me for legal docs and an address change, and cancelling court date the first time. AND HE GAVE ME NOTHING BACK? After taking my $5k and doing nothing (At least having a lawyer kept her at bay) I go back to him to show for one hearing he says $1500 giving me a break?? then he wants to depose all teachers? asks for another few thousand WHAT? I want mediation but he doesn't? either his way or he backs out. I CALLED HIM OUT HE WITHDREW LEFT ME HANGING DIDNT CARE. I GET BILL He took my $1500 and told me I spent $1200 worth of minutes on the phone, charged me $250 to withdraw. The most important situation in my life and this lawyer seemed like he knew he would take my $1500 after i spent $5K and withdraw which he charged me $250 for when i found out I could withdraw him for nothing. $6500 spent and after him I will do everything myself from now on BURNT ME CRISPY AND TOLD ME HE OWED ME NOTHING. MOVE ON

Excellent lawyer! I was able to set aside my divorce and get more money from my ex. I would certainly recommend Mr. Dunlop.

Erwin was the only lawyer to take my case when other lawyers passed on accepting. He was able to obtain the result I wanted, and was very professional at all times towards me. I would recommend him to my friends and family who ever need a divorce or child custody attorney.

Very dissatisfied. No discovery presented nor investigative work. Difficult to communicate with. Nothing accomplished while I attained him as my lawyer. And more, I wish not to comment or go into detail.

I gave this attorney a hefty retainer fee to represent our case and ended up having to walk away from it because he was so slow and uninterested in getting things done for us. I had to constantly call to get updates and keep the process moving. After two months and four requests I still did not have a billing statement. He made a bad situation in my family's life worse by failing to move in a timely manner. Rather than reassuring me and trying to do a better job to make certain we had a comfort level with him he acted like a child and eventually refused to even talk to me and became a complete jerk. I would warn anyone thinking about using this attorney to stay clear of him. He will only make your difficult situation more discouraging and complicated and all you'll get for your money is a bunch of frustration and rudeness.
