I retained G. Alex Cudney of McRoberts Law Office to act on my behalf with respect to a slip and fall injury. Mr. Cudney guided me through the intricacies of the case, notwithstanding there were potential liability issues and intervening health issues. Mr. Cudney filed a lawsuit on my behalf and managed to obtain a settlement that was four times greater than initially proposed by the insurer. I would not hesitate to recommend him to furture clients.

This review goes back 20 years. In the recent events of #METOO I thought it best to review this stellar attorney. I had Alex Cudney handle my childhood sexual abuse case in 1997 I was 27 years old and terrified of men. Alex was kind, compassionate,and when it was too difficult to speak of my abuse, he provide a female associate whom was equally empathic and caring. (I wish I remembered her name) He worked on a contingency bases, was extremely hardworking, efficient and fought for my cause without judgement. When it was too much for me to handle, he gently prodded me to move forward. The case was settled in months. Fast forward 20 years, I've healed and made something of my life and that certainly would not have been the case w/o Alex Cudney.

Mr.Cudney looked after my injury claim of which I thought would result in a minimal settlement if any. It took two and a half yrs and with his experience and tenacity I settled for a extremely favourable settlement. His fee was very reasonable considering I expected very little. Alex Cudney has been my Lawyer for about 15 years. He has proven to be an invaluable asset when running a business and has advised us on contract law, labour law, and other related legal aspects encountered when running a small business. A message from AC indicates: a draft took a Sunday & I have No comprehension of requirements & terms submitted are unreasonable & constant pressure is unappreciated.
I reply as follows: AC spent Sunday drafting contract. I spent months negotiating for commission only if closed. I have full comprehension so I take exception. As for terms Seller had full control if unreasonable with approval. Remind AC counsel is for legal advisory not negotiation. To refer to correspondence as pressure unappreciated is ridiculous. My goal is to make Seller aware. If perceived as pressure it is Buyer. If urgency we may lose Buyer. Forgive indignation I find attitude disturbing. I had given free more than a thousand work hours. Do not misconstrue my reply as dissatisfaction with Seller. I continue work without compensation. I would buy dinner if AC works a single hour without sending a bill. Tell me which is unreasonable. I appreciate Seller to utmost extreme even if AC finds me and my work unappreciated

Terrible job done for family divorce, In 6 months charged $7,000.00 dollars!! Distracted with caseload of other files, Had to retell my story almost every visit. I ended up paying almost 1/2 net paycheck for spousal support with no children! Fired HIM

this lawyer and his underling at the time, h.mark laclare, told me they worked on contingency at 30%..they lied to me and took 46%. i was acting for my underage daughter at the time, she is 18 now . and i show her the billings , and we were ripped off. never deal with these people . you think they are taking a 1/3, but they dont tell you , they add 75$. everytime they talk to you.
