I was disabled in the line of duty and live on a small pension. She allowed my ex-wife, a lawyer who made $290,000 to have my disability exemption on her $475,000 house instead of my $37,000 hut I lived in and baught before our marrage. I had now money to hire an attorney but she could care less. I hope she rots in hell.

Judge Callahan married my husband and I when we could not find another judge willing to. I LOVE her for that and thanks again Judge

This woman is horrible. She didn't allow any evidence that the suit for custody was based on. She did not give my son anything more than Standard Possession, even though he is proved to be the stable person in his girls lives and has had them for two days per week for the last year per the Temporary Orders of Judge Lee. Then, she increased his Child Support. His ex-wife has moved in and out with two different men, and Callahan didn't care. She removed the Morality Clause from the final decision, so now Mother of the Year can move in and out with as many men as she wants, dragging a seven year old and a 3 year old with her. I truly don't understand Callahan. I think she's about to retire from the bench (December 31, 2018) and she has checked out.

She gave my daughter away to a unknown couple they took her paper work with a stolen notary stamp and have never had a cps case are nothang I have 3 other kids who live with me in miss their sister i been going in front of this judge 3 year in a half trying to get my daughter back us parents must get this tena callahan off the bench she is mean in don't care if ur kids are safe are not she talk to you krazy and she aloud any format of documents on her court room that is not fair! SHE IS A INJUSTICE JUDGE THAT NEED GOD

Very biased and corrupt she is unjust and violates her oath. She does not work cases in accordance to the law. She was rude didn't allow me to talk and would not take evidence. She grants orders on how she feels instead of in accordance to the law. She allowed my sons father to get away with an illegal modification. She lowered his child support without any proof of anything. I couldn't believe this woman. I stated that he doesn't do anything for my son finacialy ever and that my four year old doesn't even know what he looks like. Also told her about his new maserati and she took nothing into consideration and granted ihis motion because she was familiar with his attorney. People be aware and cautious when dealing with her.

Callahan is much worse as a judge in th 302nd then she was as an attorney in private pactice

I just ran across this rating and can't believe you are talking about the same attorney that I had. She was fantastic. I was very, very pleased with everything she did - start to finish.

After giving her 4K I owed her 100$ for a couple of months and she "fired" me! Yeah and I could've represented myself and got the same result!! That just got me throught the temporay hearing.

read our court transcript and you'd sware we had no representation. Intimidated by neatly dress attorneys. Kept no promises, drug her feet and couldn't remember what she said.
