Not that I've had a lot, but I have never had such a great lawyer as Mark. Honestly, he knows his stuff, both legally and in terms of knowing the court personnel's tendencys & how to work with them. So happy I found him, he's definitely going to be the only lawyer I turn to should I ever need one again!

I have gone through a few lawyers for family matters, and Mark has been the best lawyer i truly believe that anyone could find. He's been doing it long enough to know what he is doing, to know the law , and ur rights. He doesnt Bull**** you.. I would recommend him , and have to anyone that needs a lawyer !! Thank you Mark !!!

Mark has been working with me for over 2 years now. We received exactly what he promised me from the get go. I will admit that it was iffy there for awhile but with his persistance,knowledge and expierence he made it work. Mark used the law book to win somethings that alot of people may not even know existed and this included challenging the court system and knowing exactly what he needed to do to win over and above what I was promised. This was going to be a tough one from the start and Mark recognized the challenge he was in for, But we won not once but twice(divorce and contempt). He had even won my lawyer fees back. Mark you knew what to do and when. Mark became a good friend and fought tooth and comb for me and more importantly,my children. And for that there is not a grade high enough to give this man. Mark, all my family and I THANK you from the bottom of our hearts.

Mark Ratke, first of all.... I am not only thank ful but an VERY lucy to have found a lawyer that actully knows what he is doing and does it GREAT!!! if you are looking for a lawyer that has been in the system in sevel different perspectives of it and REALLY knows what they are doing... mark is exactly that. Mark has been my lawyer for 5 years know and he has never let me down, he never gives up. He is the kind of lawyer that you can put your trust into and know that he is really doing the work for you. I can't thank him enough for everything that he has done for me, I am so greatful. I can't imagine an attorney doing a better job for me in my divorce than Mr. Ratke provided. In many ways and at many times he went "above and beyond the call of duty" for me. (At one point I told him that if he didn't stop, he would ruin the prevailing reputation for attorneys!) Mr Ratke listens to your situation thoroughly and gives good practical recommendations - he excels at "working things out" in a highly intelligent manner, helping to avoid many of the potential pitfalls a divorce can create.

Mark was an outstanding attorney for me. The case went exactly as he said it would. Mark was able to talk me out of making poor emotionally charged decisions, and focused on the best outcome instead. Great job!

I did not find this attorney to be very resourceful. In addition, lacked timeliness, did not follow-up with judges order for notification of continuation. Be certain to consistently request a monthly billing statement and RECORD EVERY MOMENT. This attorney railroaded me with a bill including disputable charges.

He might be an OK lawyer, but horrible Guardian Ad Litem. Makes snap decisions, not objective. Doesn’t do due diligence. If he is appointed as Guardian for you kids, do all in your power to dismiss him asap. find somebody who would honestly represent your children. Ratke makes decisions before he even meets the child, or both parents.
