Where to start? DO NOT hire this Lawyer! Even looking past his lack of people skills and over charging for work he never did, he pressured me into accepting a settlement I didn't want. In out of court negotiations he swore to me that the $1500.00 per month spousal support payments (we had no kids and she was getting the house and everything in it!) that my X was asking for was cheap and that the judge would definitely award more. He got so mad I finally agreed because he promised me we would persue some charges in civil court against her for having me falsly arrested for stalking. Once the divorce was final - he had nothing to do with me. I found out later that he just needed my case off the books because he had a more high profile murder case. He not only didn't pursue the civil action, he witheld evidence from a new lawyer I hired to purse the case until the 1 year statute of limitation was up!!! And, of course - all attempts to contact him were futile. Again-do NOT hire him

He is not a lawyer at all, he is a joke. I would call him at least 10 times a week to see what was happening with my case and sometimes he would not call me back for weeks. He set up phone conference with me and never call, but I got charged. I was charged for emails that he supposedly sent but I never saw. He tried doing things behind my back and then he got caught and dismissed.

Not very tenacious at all. Not communicative either - had to call 5 or 6 times and leave messages before I got a return call and even then not all of my questions were answered AND I was charged for the calls he never even returned! My X definitely had the better Lawyer.
