This attorney is completely unreliable. He is seldom available, does not return calls, and does not do what he says he'll do. He is lazy, and not to be trusted with anything important.

Seemed knowledgeable and honest in the beginning. But he is so lazy. Never sticks to the game plan and never meets the deadlines. in 2006 alone, after he took my case, he was on vacation several times. Never Returns calls and return rate for emails is about 30%. The notice he served on my behalf was so week and poorly worded. And the person does not have what it takes to get the work done. So much so, that after one year of innumerable calls and emails and few visits, all that I have achieved is a lousy notice. and the opponent attorney sensed this fellow's incompetence and has denied all our charges. I'm stuck with this lawyer and I want to switch the lawyer, but I've already wasted money on this one and don't have resource to start from scratch.
