My son is facing charges for the first time. This lawyer FINALLY shows up, 5 hours late, and had NO information to give the judge. Awaiting his turn he started reading a story book in the courtroom. I was appalled!!! Totally and absolutely unprofessional and slovenly in his apoearance and presentation. I was trying to signal my son to fire him, a chipmunk could have offered better defense

I feel sorry for anyone who believes any positive review for this lawyer. Here was experience with this lawyer. I was facing serious charges and he slept during my bail hearing, we had meetings to discuss my legal strategy and it was clear he never read my disclosure. From the start jail guards, other inmates and even judges warned me he was a joke. He was rude and condescending when we spoke. His lazy attitude/approach to my defense on multiple occasions could have hurt my legal defense and also gotten me more charges. As soon as I had the means to, I got a real lawyer who did more in the first month than Peter did in the more than 1.5 years I was stuck with him. If you are facing a joke of a charge like stealing a bag a Doritos, then by all means, take a chance with your life by choosing this "lawyer", otherwise get yourself someone who cares about their reputation. I could go one with endless more details and examples but I'm running out of space. Trust me, find someone else.

He's never let me down!!!He has been my lawyer since the early 80's....He is confident, knowledgable, straight forward, and very personable! He is the BEST!!

This lawyer helped me through a stressful trial for having stolen a bag of Doritos and a cold pop and he got me a deal where I only served 18 months and got to keep the pop. He knows his stuff. Amazing.
