No preliminary hearing conducted to challenge claims of state, as didn't want to disclose flaws in states case, Did not account for his hours spent on case he when demanded more money to continue representation of defendnat, (supposed to be a flat fee case) then demanded more money to continue with case then finally announbced he was "tired of case", forcing a plea deal which was misrepresented to client discovered when plea was entered before the court, failed to subpeona 911 recording before it was deleted by state, misplaced evidence delivered to his office.

From what I have heard of Mr. Kibbey, he is a great attorney. The only problem I had is that when I contacted his office & made an appointment, I was met by another attorney named Josh Dekard. He advised me that Mr. Kibbey is not that active in the firm any longer & that he handles the majority of the cases. He did state that Mr. Kibbey reviews each case with him & together they determine a plan of attack. He quoted me a very high price of $10k & then stated that if the case goes to trial it would be another couple of grand. I met Mr. Kibbey once after that & the rest of the time I met/spoke with Josh Dekard. When they determied the case had to go to trial, they requested another $8k from me. I had to switch attorneys due to the high rate. From what I gather, Mr. Kibbey only handles high profile cases himself while the Shlep Josh Dekard handles the small stuff.

heard great things from a friend of a friend about his case 3 yrs ago. As I happen to land in jail my mom panicked and paid 25,000 for a****ty attn for me. I never got a chance to have him represent me. All I have is headaches with my new attn. He would be a very good choice from what I heard from others

Got me off of a DUI clean, but cost $3500 plus expungement, which is another $1000.
