A terrible exerience. First, he agreed to take the case and said that it was a very good one. Then, in a few weeks, returned our check and said that the statute of limitations has already expired (while it hasn't, he made a mistake and was off by a year!). After that, he became impossible to reach and the secretary kept giving me the run-around. After a couple of months of this, we still were not able to reach him, and the secretary told us that we should just try another lawyer. What a waste of time!
