I used her back in 2007 and she was all goody goody to my face. Then she stabbed me in the back in the courtroom. I almost lost custody over my child to his deadbeat no good father all because of this attorney. I had to quickly hire another attorney to undo her crap!! She was friends with my ex husbands lawyer so she buddied up with him and turned on me. She was very unethical, unprofessional and took advantage of my financial situation. I was digging through some old papers and found her statements and decided to look and see if she was still in business and found this site where people have rated her so that's how I ended up here writing this review. Please be aware of her!! I hope she knows that God sees all.

Diane represented me in my divorce. She was very knowledgeable of the law and very concerned about my well being. She was not intimidated when my ex showed up with 3 attorneys. She fought for me tooth and nail. We received favorable rulings from the Judge. She was well aware of my financial situation and was very, very fair about her bill. Hopefully my divorce is over and my ex won't file any more Motions to Amend but if he does, I will definitely call Diane to represent me again.

Unfair is an understatement. Call several attorneys randomly and ask their opinion about Diane Paris before you consider hiring her. You would be wise to pick another attorney if you are a woman.

prejudiced before entering the courtroom. very unfair in decisions. doesn't study the facts or communicate with those involved in her cases. or maybe it was just mine.

I found Diane to be very supportive, took my case to heart. Mine was costly but in the end it was not b/c of her but opposing counsel. I got the outcome I wanted and still she was interested in my case and followed up with me for months after.
