Mr. Ross was recommended to me by the Law Society. I liked his opinion right away. My case was about land. I was a law worker formerly from a City. He researched thoroughly, was tenacious like I never saw before !A rare quality. The opponents were vicious using mendacity. He represented me well, sent letters where the police reports failed. I found the legal system in a small Town bias confrontational, unlike in a City.

Nathan Ross has been my lawyer for many years and has always represented me with my estate matter as well as other issues very well and very professionally. I am very sad to see that only negative comments are on this site for the most part. I guess it is easier to bring people down than build them up!

If, after reading all these reviews, you still use this person that passes himself off as a lawyer, you need your head examined....he is the WORST, ABSOLUTE WORST person ever to represent you and represent you, he DOESN'T.. He is all talk only, does not do what he boasts that he will do; spends his phone time talking about other cases (not yours) and then charges you to hear about THEM. He prefers the phone so there is no record of his said actions that he claims he will present in court, therefore you have no proof..It is now his denials against what you KNOW he said he was going to do on your behalf and then DOESN'T....so desperate future clients...BEWARE!..all said actions in print only...better still..GO TO ANYBODY ELSE other than him. He is deceitful, sneaky and does not know anything about Estate Law. .....I reported him to the Law Society as well for misconduct and taking my money for NOTHING.

Stay far away from this man. Very disorganized and seemed as if his legal knowledge was very limited. He ended up asking the crown (on this case( for advice in what he should do....didn't fight for me what so ever. Would have been better off representing myself.

It is remarkable that Nathan Ross is still practicing law. Most incompetent, ineffective, disorganized unprofessional individual who seems incapable of performing simplest legal tasks.

Wasted our time and money. Was not very professional, always seemed unprepared even though when we called him his answer was always "I was just working on your case"...while at his cottage. Delaying the case for more free. He cost us court imposed penalties because of his negligence. Reported him to the bar and he was found to be holding money in trust while bankrupt without notifying us. We never heard he outcome of the case because it was deemed confidential. It was enough for them to investigate him, but not enough to disclose the disciplinary actions, if any. We would have had a better chance representing ourselves

He help us get money from our employer. His staff was always helpful. We are so glad we had Mr. Ross on our side.

Didn't seem to know what he was talking about. His office staff was just as clueless. Looks very unprofessional and acts the same way.

WORSE LAWYER EVER. DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND COST US A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT NEEDED. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS INDIVIDUAL TO ANYONE.
