I was very sad to hear he has lost his license. Mr Kumar reduced his fees to help me when no other lawyer wanted to. I was in a very bad situation and he helped save my home. I am very grateful to Mr Kumar.

Because of Mr. Sriskanda I am a Canadian citizen today. Many lawyers told me my case was difficult to win. When I met with Mr. Sriskanda he told me the same thing! he said my case and trial was not going to be easy. But he did it. Today I am a Canadian citizen. 7 years after Mr. Sriskanda was my lawyer for my immigration case I called him again for when I got married and got my first house in Brampton. Mr. sriskanda is a very straight forward and honest person. I am very grateful to him for his being very professional. Thank you sir!

All those who praised Mr. Sriskanda, please go check Law Society website. While he is a subject of a disciplinary proceeding, the law society brought a motion against him, and his license to practice law has been suspended on a temporary basis. By this order, he should not post any sign that would make the public to believe that he is able to practise law. The law society website also published the Notice of Application, in which the society lists the potential frauds that Mr. Sriskanda might have committed. His practice is very dangerous to the public.

He is having lot of influence toronto superior court office, he can easily mislead court process or abuse the court process easily, if the law society won'trevoked his licence very soon he can change this country like his back home-Sri Lanka. Easily he can power-of sale order,eviction order, garnishment orders even easily he can register the title using fake ID's fake documents over a night when you are sleeping in your property. He is having lot of influence with the sheriffs to do garnishments giving false information and fake ID's of creditors using suspicious persons or dead persons to recover money from the innocient people.He knows that the legal fees for the lawyers for litigation is so high, so the innocent people struggling to fight for justice. Recently he represented me in my family law matter. I did under estimate him when he initially discouraged me to fight for my case. However I retained him as he seemed to be an honest person. At the end I learnt his value. He is a great lawyer, very understanding and he knows what he is doing. The way he handled my problem gave me lot of confidence and strength in life. I have no words to praise him. I wish he was my sweet heart!

Mr. sriskanda helps lot of people in many ways. He knows what he is doing. The last comment I see below is made by a crook who tried to cheat Kumar and failed. So he had shown his frustrations. Those crooks do not understand that system works in Canada but slowly. People should not get angry with lawyers who appear for the opposite side. They should hire him next time. So next time hire, Kumar Sriskanda.

Kumar Sriskanda is one of the worst Lawyer. LSUC should barred him from practicing Law in Canada? If Sriskanda Law Firm retained for real estate closings, especially if you're struggling for closing costs he will help you but once you fall in his trap, no point of return. His fees will gobble up, added on to your mortgages, Once he got you by the throat. He does not care about following the rules. Sriskanda and his thugs members Thaya P.K Kandiah of Rapid Realty, Real Star Security Systems will eventually move into your home while you're at work or away. They will change the lock, list your home for sale, your home is gone in blink of an eye. He does not care about the law of this Land or rules of engagement.There is no such a think as writ of possession, Evition by Sheriff in Sriskanada's law. i got sued by someone last year. kumar defended me in small claims court and he won! i didnt even have to pay kumar, the woman that sued me had to pay MY lawyer. i hope i wont have to hire a lawyer ever again, but if i have to, i'll hire kumar sriskanda. thanks again sri.
