This judge is really awful. She does not care about children. Do not allow her law secretary to conference cases. Say NO to conferences in the back room. Judge does not care if an abuser visits or has custody of children. This former Catholic High School teacher should be removed from the bench; she is a disgrace. It is time that people learn to complain to political parties about the persons they are putting in. Political parties are nominating the bottom of the barrel. Why I heard this Judge even gave one person exclusive possession of the wrong house and then refused to correct it!!! There should be a checklist, house address, children, children's names, dates of birth, health insurance provider, and Judge's should make sure mother's can pay their bills on what is awarded or they should be required to pay for the children's education. Instead of the forensics - supposed court neutrals - and law guardians - the Judge's should seek the advice of a financial analyst.

If you have this Judge your case will not be decided fairly. Try to get another Judge. She operates on her own personal agenda. Don't expect any justice. Very crabby and downright hostile. wants to do as little work as possible-then will completely mess up your case. Certainly does not abide by procedures. Will show strong bias toward certain lawyers. Extremely unprofessional. Run.
