Please check and you will find that William Kent has been rated the third WORST judge in 10th district in 2009...THIS WOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING...He need to retire or be taken off the bench.

I've practiced matrimonial law for 25 years and Judge Kent and Matt Deedy are what we, as lawyers, look for. They listen to reasonable arguments, give cases the time they need and basically serve the function that Judges used to serve before OCA put time goals onto cases that don't lend themselves to such a formulaic application of rules. We need more like them!

This judge and his law secretary Matthew Deedy have ruined too many children and families to mention. They are a disgrace to Judges and to the profession of lawyers. Judge Kent feeds into the aberrant actions of some litigants. In other words, if there is something emotionally wrong with the person or the person is overwhelmed by the divorce proceeding, he incites them. He thinks it is a game to see how far he can go to ruin this person's life, and if the person will crack or stand up to him. He does not care about your children or any child. M. Deedy told another Judge to remove a woman's child from her care for no reason. When this Judge and this law Secretary set people off, there is no going back, they take pleasure in the fact that these poor emotionally disturbed people and their families are ruined for life. It is time for this Judge to go. The conduct is shameful! The forensics and law guardians that this Judge uses stink and are not out to help; it comes from the top.

He should go to prison like Ex- Brooklyn Judge Gerald Garson. He is an evil women hater.
