Be very cautious with this lawyer. I trusted him and he ghosted me after we signed for the settlement after my car accident. He went out of the country right after we settled and I didn't hear anything from him, at all. He communicated very well up until we settled. In fact, I had to get the police involved just to stop getting the run around from their office. Very shady business.

The company is the worst I've ever dealt with. They are racist, unethical, disrespectful and definitely should be disbarred. After three years they settled my case and like the others,and no communication. And the dad Herman Sr. He's definitely outdated, rude, and very disrespectful, they try to steal your settlement,and a total waist of time. They are thieves and should be disbarred, arrested and put out of business. My case started in 2020 here it is 2023 after they settled for a $25,500 they secretary gave me a partial payment of $3000, promised me my money
And like the others he went too Italy as I was told with my money and no communication. And I have yet too sign a invoice, or fact sheet. They are by far the worst and definitely should be disbarred,with their unethical, unprofessional tactics. they are terrible and should be put out of business. I now have too get a new lawyer.

Told us not to worry everything was going to be ok ,just get better and I'll do the rest you have a strong case ..3 months later he dropped us ...the other guys insurance company new he dropped us before we did,what a joke

This guy told me to go to a 4-hour class, which I went to. I then sent the confirmation that I had gone to the class to his secretary and never heard from them again. They never sent me an invoice for what I owed him and then didn't represent me in court, thereby wasting those 4 hours of my life, because I didn't pay him. When I called him to try to sort things out, he immediately got very belligerent with me and started talking down to me like I was an idiot for thinking he'd work for me without getting the money he never asked for. I now am looking at getting my license revoked because of this man.

Worst lawyer I have ever tried to deal with!! Made it sound like he cared and was In it for us!! Then she he saw his pockets were not going to runneth over he just sat on his hands. Don't waste your time dealing with him. If he has to do any work forget it!! He will then say it's. It worth it!! 5 years for nothing!!

This man will tell you anything to get your business and then treat you like crap. Doesn't return your calls, no communication at all. When you do get him on the phone he's rude and nasty. Will lie time after time and then cheat you in the end. STAY AWAY!!!! You'll regret ever dealing with him. Cheated me out of about 10 thousand and then tried to make it seem like it was my fault. Made 1 phone call and sent 1 lettr on my behalf and then charged me 12 thousand dollars for it. He's a complete crook and should be disbarred.

There was rarely any communication but I really didn't need it, I only had a speeding ticket. Has a very uptight attitude but he wasn't rude at all, just straight to the point. He has a very pleasant secretary. I'd use him again.
