This law firm is very disappointing. With respect to Mr. Loncar, I know he’s probably rolling in his grave seeing how his hard earned reputation is being misrepresented now that he’s no longer with us. The staff is a scam, unprofessional, they lack business etiquette. They had my case for 9 months with no communication, letters, calls, etc. once I reached out, I was told my case had been referred out but didn’t know to whom. Once researched further I was apologized to and told it sat on a desk for five months and that they would get back to me. To date, I’ve never heard from their firm and miraculously I just received a letter from another law firm stating my case has been referred to them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use them. Makes sense since they’re using Mr Loncar’s name after his demise!

I have a friend using this firm right now. They are the worst. They do not return calls and treat her with no respect. They took their 42% and have given her next to nothing.

This was the worst experience ever!!! They were rude and unprofessional. They are SCAMMERS! They didn't fight hard enough on my case. They took majority of my money and gave me the lesser amount. They don't call back and it took them 2 1/2yrs. to complete my case, which should've been simple. I got hit by an unlicensed and uninsured motorist and the police report proved he was in the wrong. They tried to pin most of my medical bills on me. Had I not made it clear that I was knowledgeable on what was going on they wouldn't have given me a cent!! SCAMMERS!!! I will never use nor recommend Brian Loncar to anyone

After a car wreck I called several attorneys. I went with Mr Loncar because his law firm has been around for many years. He has to be a good lawyer if he's been successful for that long. Had good communication with Ms. Jackie and the claim was settled in about a year. I am very happy with the results. Thank you for helping me.

they are awful don't return calls,didn't report my settlement to medicare which caused my services to be stopped.just an all around bad experience with them.took them 6 months to handle a real simple case,and treated me like I was bothering them when I called.

Terrible!I got rear ended and had disc problems. My treating doctor couldn't even get the letter of protection from them. They talked to me and treated me like a dog!!! I would never ever recommend this attorney to anyone. Most horrible experience ever. Get someone where your not just a number cause that's all you will be to them and if your car isn't totaled completely, you can forget about a settlement.

Good lawyers are hard to find, thanks to Atty. La Rue and to his very smart and tactful Case Manager,Mimi Sauceda, I made it through my case favorably. I would definitely recommend Brian Loncar Law Firm especially if your case will be handled by this Dynamic Duo. They're not just strong arms to hold on to but also fortified shoulders to lean on too.

I was in a accident in 08 by a FED out of OKLA and my case was found in a file .I was called by a Lawyer out of TYLER TX who I did not know . They or the lowest of LAWYERS I have ever come a cross.

Horrible experience with this firm. Lacks communication & respect for the client. Jennifer Romines treated me like scum off the street, even walking out of a meeting when I confronted her with facts. She needs to learn what the meaning of PROFESSIONALISM is, Only positive thing I can say about my experience is Chris saw how she was treating me, and he at least kept me somewhat informed. I don't feel they fought hard enough for me...Strongarm my A**!!!! I would rate them a 0 out of 10. I only had 1 face to face meeting w/an atty, and that was only after I insisted. If you go to this firm expecting respect & a good settlement, forget it. As much $$ as they make off of people like me...you would think they would bend over backwards, not the case here. I strongly suggest using the atty who "hates insurance companies". I have absolutely nothing good to say about BRIAN LONCAR & ASSOC. What a joke!

my mother got in a wreck and used Loncar and Associates. The attorney and paralegal working her case are terrible just like everyone has said. They do not communicate with you and I have called and sent them several messages asking for updates and information. I am a paralegal at a personal injury attorney's office. My mother had the wreck before I started here or else we would be handling her case. I can tell you this is not the normal practice. I am in constant contact with each of our clients to give them updates on their case. Take it from me!!DO NOT USE THIS FIRM - FIND ANOTHER FIRM.

NO COMMUNICATIONLOOK, when I tried call they act as if I was bothering them. Then they dropped my case and stuck me with a 10,000 bill. I could not believe this but it is turetrue. They do not have you best interest, my case was easy I was rear-ended by someone who fell asleep and to them this. However, I now have deal with paying money I do not have have. My "legal assistant" if that's even what she is does not communicate with me, when she finally does return my call she never gives me sufficient information only enough to keep me guessing. She is always saying "oh wel we are still in the negotiation process" I cannot imagine how this small claims accident injury case has gone on for almost a year. I had to quit treatment early to go out of state on a family emergency and when I told her my symptoms were flaring back up she still said she had no idea when the insurance company will settle and comply. This Brian Loncar firm is a complete effin joke. Don't ever use them they never treat you like your case even matters to them. Not to mention she gets an attitude with me every time I call as if her client calling her is the biggest inconvenience she's ever had to deal with.

Loncar is a terrible attorney. i was promised things and in return received very little when it was all over, little to no feed back from him. he came out with more than i did when it was done and said. Please look for another attorney other than Loncar. Don't let the commercials fool you.

There is but one single Attorney at that firm of value "James Bridge". I wouldn't deal with anyone else (not even his assistant) if you are committed to using this firm. James followed through to the end of my case and had never lied to me throughout. I trust James and I would recommend him to a friend.

Took my sons case almost a year ago and won't sue the UMI or insurance company. Was hit by a 2 time dui driver and he won't release my son to find an attorney who will sue the underinsuredmotorist and the insurance company which we have over 200,000 coverage. Wants to get the very little amount that the drunk driver carried and took part of the PIP insurance (most Attorney don't do this) Also,it isn't Loncor who handles the cases he appoints other attorney to do it. Attorney said "GO AHEAD and FIRE ME and get another Attorney and I will put a lien for 35%-40% on my son. He won't sue!! This is why we get an Attorney.Sons bills are over 14,000.00. Has NOT seen had another MRI or Cat Scan since the hospital and the Dr. Loncor sends you too doesn't care to check again and see what more is going on with sons spine. These clinics don't look how bad the accident are and handle it as if it's a small fender bender. BEWARE. PLEASE.
