This man is totally impotent as a defense lawyer.
He would be more appropriately called the public relations arm of the prosecutors' office.
I had an extremely viable defense which he totally ignored.
When this became apparent in court he was unprepared.
If you are being railroaded, he does nothing but grease the tracks.

Jason was not knowledgeable of my case at all. When I met with him I was then made aware that he would be representing me for my inability to afford an attorney. He was very unprofessional and did not have the correct information regarding my case which raised a red flag right away. He informed me that my bail was $10k and that my court date was early June. I was informed early on by Judge Campbell that my bail was set at 7500.00 and that I had a court date scheduled for late April as well as early May. When I informed him that was the information that I had, he became even more rude. I advised him that I would like to seek other counsel, he then stated that he did not care and he was not being interviewed. I have every intention on reporting him to the indiana bar association for Misconduct!

OK first off. Lawyers think on their feet. They are quick thinkers. Almost all attorneys are fly by the seat of your pants.

I think he is a very bad person. I did not need to go where I went. He will not be going to heaven. I am not trying to put curses on him everyday. Do not listen to this idiot! Do not let your parents near this idiot! No matter what he says, he's very lazy and will****you, he did me (not in the Pyshical sense, he took away my life)!

WORST LAWYER IN THE COUNTRY!!!! Tried contacting him and the 1st time i saw him was in court. He had no idea who i was. Then he had to read about my case as the prosecutor and judge waited. Had an easy trial to beat my charges but he was too lazy and wanted to settle. I had no choice but to agree. No doubt with his skills I would have spent time in jail instead of the case being thrown out. HE IS A JOKE!

You cant get ahold of him, almost time for court and i have not got ahold of him. My life is riding on him, and he cant even spell my name right.. HE JUST SUCKS!!!

Jason has saved me from doing a lot of time he has always been on time with everything, returns all phone calls and is always straight forward. And is one of the best priced lawyers in the county I,ve used him three times and wouldn't use anyone else.

Unprepared. Paper shuffler at best. He nearly got be sent to prison for 1.5 grams of marijuana. You would do just as well with a public defender or representing yourself. I gave a better speech to the judge than this bumbling idiot. Always sloppily dressed and generally looking like he dressed at Goodwill. Cannot overstate how worthless he is. Handed me a 20 page report to read two minutes before hearing. I am thinking of becoming an attorney because if this idiot can pass the bar it must be remarkably easy.

he sucks .... totally unprepared.... doesn't know your name ..... can't get ahold of him..... and he has no idea what the hell is going on.... don't let him be your defender or lawyer because he will land you somewhere you don't want to be.

Jason is a horrible lawyer. He was the first one I hired for my Divorce hearing. On the 2nd of many contempt motions my ex filed, he was totally unprepared, didn't even know what the hearing was about and ultimately landed me in Jail! Don't Hire Him!
