I called Mr. Joyce to inquire if he was taking on new clients. I was thru to him by his assistant. He answered, "This is Dan." I introduced myself and asked,"Mr. Joyce, are you taking on any new clients?" I expected the kind, professional, puppy dog of a gentleman, but instead he curtly retorted "No thanks!" and then hung up on me!!??!! He didn't say: "Sorry, not at this time"; " No, but may I refer you to a colleague?"; Nothing! He just hung up on me. Very unprofessional and just down-right RUDE!

When I first consulted with Mr. Joyce, he struck me as a good guy,someone who genuinely cared about his clients.As, he has worked with me on my case,this has repeatedly proven to be true.I felt like my life was a mess and that it was never going to clear up.He reassured me that it would.Although my situation is taking much longer than I would like,because of the way laws are,he has responded to everything in timely manners.He doesn't litigate things just to litigate.He encourages you to take the high road,even when you might feel like doing otherwise.If you want a savy,articulate lawyer..he's the one.He might look like a puppy,but he has the affect of a pittbull in the court room.He doesn't just represent you.. he supports you along the way.He is a keen observer of the judges,and knows how to read them.He is extremly professional and looks you in the eye.He has dispelled all of the lawyer sterotypes I have held.I am impressed by his dedication and values.He is worth every cent!!
