David Kotwicki advised me on an employment separation agreement I had received. I provided David questions and concerns in advance of our meeting. When we sat down to discuss, he had thoroughly reviewed the details of the separation agreement as evidenced by his case notes and highlighting of the separation agreement. My specific questions and concerns had also been reviewed and prepared for discussion in advance. All my questions and concerns were directly reviewed and answered. David also brought to my attention areas of his concern and walked me through options. Through his attentive listening and feedback, it was clear he understood my preferences and guided me to my desired path forward.
