I used Ian for my refinance and will. Super approachable guy who was prepared and made sure I thoroughly understood everything. Would recommend him to anyone.

Ian handled our purchase and was recommended by our realtor. He also helped the people who we bought the house from. He said this was standard practice. Firstly I felt like I was part of an assembly line and I don't think he had even looked at our file before we came to his office. His staff (who were kind of pushy) did everything and he just showed up and signed. And of course there was a problem with the house we bought and he simply walked away and said he could not help us because he was also the seller's lawyer. I wish I had not used the same lawyer as the seller and also used an office that was not such a real estate factory - and the good deal on fees that the realtor said I would get never materialized. I think the realtor and Ian are friends and just try to feed each other clients....

We just bought our first house and saw this lawyer. He returned all our phone calls really fast and that was really important to us. I would recommend him to anyone.
