I would not recommend him as a mediator. He was pushy and did not listen. I found him abrasive and offensive and sexist. I felt pushed into signing an agreement that I was not comfortable with.

Had a good experience with him, got the job done. Was facing alimony & child custody issues. We won on everything & subsequent hearings for fees. Fees were reasonable, he didn't respond to those unnecessary little things (other atty letters, etc) that would rack up the bills and only delt with those "real issues" at my requuest. Communication was fair, part of that I blame on the office assistants and not him personally. He made several great calls in the end that saved me big $$ overall. Dont use your lawyer as your mental health counselor and remain focused on the real issues and you wont get an inflated bill.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Dealing with him was a worse than dealing with my ex-wife, who is a horror story herself. I agree with the other reviewer, he will sell you down the river for a dollar. Don't even consider this guy if you want to win or remain sane.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a lawyer and I have referred many people to him who have all been pleased. He was knowledgable, fair and really cared, not to mention he kicked but for me in Court!!!

This lawyer will tell you anything to get your business and will then proceed to sell you down the river the first chance he gets. AVOID at all costs if you are wanting to hire someone who has your best interests in mind. He's very arrogant and brash and loves to tell you what he thinks you want to hear. Choose him and you'll lose in court for certain. Disagree with him and he'll drop you like yesterday's news.
