Frank is a horrible judge who makes unethical decisions and sentences defendants 10x worse than any other judge. He has demonstrated violations of judicial conduct repeatedly and I am filing a formal complaint because he avoids attorneys motions and rules in cases in ways that harm the people of stark county. Did I say that he is unfair? He grandstands and uses his power to tear lives apart and to think he actually had the nerve to publically speak about herion addicts... he didn't know what he was talking about and you can tell he was prompted to do something in the community to establish a better reputation that makes him seem like he cares, but he actually is unfair, immoral, and has said out of his own mouth that people are like animals and need locked away!! I will never vote for him again because he is cruel to the people in his court and uses his power to ruin people's lives. Even when he knows his ruling is not for a good cause. I am embarrassed for common pleas court!

Mr. Forchione is caring, compassionate and intellegent. Frank explained all my options and helped me every step of the way. Did I mention he won the case. First class attorney and a wonderful person. A+ in my book.

Frank's a good guy and while he may not aalways make the correct legal ruling as a judge, he tries hard. Very efficient and considerate of people's time.

Frank is a procrastinator. He is not prompt with anything and allows a case to drag on as far as it possibly can. Even to the point of being thrown out of court. Since becoming a judge, things are even more drawn out. He has someone else to do the dirty work and they aren't prompt either.

too bad you were up against a bunch of rednecks regarding animal cruelty, we all had a good laugh watching the audience, all we saw was jeans and chewing tobacco, you know you won,, even thoguh the judge didnt agree. Keep up the good work, you have a lot of people behind you now..it was funy to see daddy Wiles limp and then talk about a "ricoche" and how com eyo never used the tape of the piglet being smacked against the wall.?

Frank Forchione is an honest, caring lawyer. He believes in true justice, even when that is not the popular stand to take. Frank shows true compassion, yet is tough when tough is needed. Frank puts all his efforts into pursueing justice for all people. He is not afraid to fight for those who have been wronged, even when threatened on a personal level. Canton is blessed to have Frank as a city prosecutor, and would be even further blessed to have him seated as a judge. Thankyou Frank for giving my son and I our lives back. I went to Frank with a very personal issue and he was very prompt and caring to help me. I would recommend him to anyone as an attorney. Better get him quick though because, here comes the judge ! Good Luck Frank !

Forchione is unethical and cannot be trusted. He abuses the power of his office and position as prosecutor to benefit himself and his private clients. A client of his private practice had a promissory note and when the individual who owed the debt failed to make good on it, Forchione had him charged with theft. The case was ultimately dismissed by the court. When a fellow prosecutor of his represented convicted murderer Bobby Cutts in Family Court, Forchione filed criminal charges against (interference with custody)the mother. This was a clear conflict of interest. It benefited his fellow prosecutor and a dirty, murderous cop. That charge also got dismissed by the way.

Frank is by far the most caring and ethical man I have ever met. I could never of made it through my tough times without him. He truly cares about people. Every attorney should have his caring attitude. Thanks for being you Frank never change! You are truly the best!!! For those of you who have negative things to say about Mr.Forchoine, I am sure it's because he did'nt tell you what you wanted to hear...he tells the truth. SO GO FIND AN ATTORNEY THAT WILL LIE AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR....BECAUSE IT'S NOT Mr.Forchoine!

He is an excellent lawyer. He is kind, caring, and empathetic. No one works harder than Frank. He knows the law and has twenty years of experience. He is very well liked and respected. The individuals who have given him a negative review must not know Frank, personally. My guess is that Mr. Forchione did a good job representing their ex-spouse and they are bitter and resentful. It is a shame he gets attacked personally for simply doing his job well. He truly cares about the people in this community and has spent much of his life working to make things better for them. He will be a great Common Pleas Court Judge. He has good judgement and is very honorable.

I have just hired frank forchione to represent me in family court and he has been so far nothing but great to work with. He is pleasant and tells the truth, no BS what you want to hear. If you want someone who is going to fight for you, Mr. Forchione is the guy!

I wasn't surprised to see that anything derogatory written about Frank would be pulled. He's done a fine job writing those glowing reviews about himself. He is not a good attorney. He is unethical and immoral. The fact that he is a prosecutor and practices in Family Court is WRONG. Some of the very men he should be prosecuting he represents in custody battles. He manipulates the system to get his way, and if that doesn't work he yells and threatens his opponent into submission. I worked in the system so I know how he operates. He should actually be disbarred NOT be considered for a judgeship.
