Tom Hennessy was hired to help expand my wifes visitation custody agreement with her ex-husband. By the time he was done my wife lost all visitation rights. She was being threatened by the judge with jail time. He was being used by the court to serve us a summons. He does not return emails or phone calls promptly . While representing our family , while standing in front of the judge hearing our case he complained to the judge " that he had to be in another courtroom representing another client." He cursed at us like a thug. He has not paid back money he was over-paid. He is horrible at returning phone calls and emails. He made our case worse.

He failed to file my case on due date. he didn't give me honest advice from the begging. What happened work ethic as a lawyer and what he is thinking? Why he did this to me? I saw a 5 rating, so this means he is choosing people to whom to work right and hurt others?

Mr. Hennessy has been a steady yet fierce Counsel in a case against a major employer in the area. In spite of my fear of the proceedings, his calm and reassuring demeanor has allowed me to go forward with confidence that I was doing the right thing. He knows the law better than any lawyer, he cares about the outcomes for his clients, he is scrupulously honest and can be counted on to meet with his client whenever necessary. I highly recommend him to anyone pursuing legal actions against powerful and less than honest opponents.

Tom Hennessy as my council allowed my case to go beyond its statue. Furthermore, this case that already had a finding of guilty by the preceding governing county which was a very important step, had become no longer in force able.

I have been working with Mr. Hennessy since 2008. Not only he is patient, caring but most imporantly, he works alot of hours on his cases. He is very devoted to his work. I have been working with lawyers as a paralegal for over 13 years but i can easly say Mr. Hennessy is one in a million.
