I first have to say that I had been represented by two prior attorneys both of whom had simply taken my money and left me nothing to show for it in my custody case. They kept telling me what they were doing for me but I found out they were lying. Susan on the other hand had gotten me temporary custody and support for my children and myself within two months of hiring her. I cannot say enough about her.

A great experience and a great attorney! I'm so happy that I switched attorney's and decided to have her represent me in my custody battle. Because of Susan I now have custody of my 10 year old daughter! I can't thank Susan and her staff enough for all the time and effort they put into my case!!! They made me feel like more then just a another client.

Susan came to me highly recommended and I have to say I am so glad I had her as my attorney! She did a great job, was always on top of my case and she even made time for me on the weekends. She is amazingly one of the best attorney I ever hired! She got me through a very hard time in my life! She was the first attorney I met with and I knew after that first meeting that I had to hire her for my attorney. She is just a great person over all and always makes time for her clients whether it be during business hours or even her own time to contact you. I was very happy with her and her staff!

Susan Kassel was the best attorney I could have ever hired for my family court case! She reassured me that everything would be fine and that she would handle it, I put it in her hands and let her do what she needed to do. She kept me updated on the progress of my case. I'll never forget her telling me that if I listened to what she told me and did what she told me to do then everything would be fine. She was right, she won my case! I had a wonderful experience with her and her staff. They were always very helpful,polite and professional whenever I called. I wish I would have had her do my divorce! She was an all over great person and I'm really glad I hired her!

I brought my case for the custody of my two children after the failures of three other lawyers. Ms. Kassel was all over my case and understood the problems I had with my spouse. She found cases to support my side and cleaned up all of my problems and answered my questions whenever I needed them. I never felt insecure as long as she was on the case.

Ms. Kassel knows how to take your money, but doesn't know how to represent you tenaciously. She looked like a kitten in front on the other lawyer who wanted to take my head off. Meanwhile, my husband was an abuser. She gave into everything my husband's lawyer wanted and I could hardly get a hold of her to find out what was going on in the case. Her secretary told me NOT to show up at court. Luckily I missed the call. Had I not shown up, I would have lost the case! I dropped Ms. Kassel after 2 months and she got a whopping $18,000 out of me, despite nothing being accomplished. In fact, when the case 1st began I asked her since I wasn't working could my husband force me to go through an expensive divorce I couldn't afford, and she said yes. Later I came to discover that I could get a court appointed attorney for free. I have $ to pay back now. I also asked her to request child support, custody, etc...She didn't request anything. She is smart, but doesn't use it to help you.

Getting divorced? hire this one for your spouse. I have yet to see ms. Kassel in court, of course she readily takes your money before dissappearing. Unfortunately for me, the only time I will see Kassel in court, will be after I find a lawyer willing to sue her. I lost child support and tax exemptions. Ms. Kassel was worse than going it alone.
