James Drazen was so helpful with my divorce. I am so happy with my experience with him, if I could give him 10 stars, I would! Jim is a really cool guy, very unpretentious. He made himself available - responded to calls and emails. Most importantly - he is effective. He walked me through every step, doing all of the paperwork, explaining everything. Jim was patient with me when I needed to make some changes in the terms he originally had written up for me. I was so nervous about lawyers and divorce court - I was worried that it would be expensive and full of pretentious old men. Jim is the opposite! He accomplishes whatever legal need you have, while genuinely caring about your case. He is a well oiled machine! :)

All he does is take money and never return phone calls. I fired him and I'm glad he is a joke

Took my $1000 retainer and lied to me for two years about what was going on. I finally relieved him from the case so he couldn't charge any more. Very bad choice of lawyers on my part, I should have checked him out first.

If this office suspects possible media exposure, chances are you can rate them "good." Otherwise, forget it. I have 2 years of documented unreturned emails and phone calls; still no litigation. My petition; filed 2 months after a promise of 2 days. Never an itemized statement for time, but you can be certain-you will hear when they "think" your money is spent. Simply put: This is the "Pat Yourself on the Back & Pad Your Pocket" law firm.

Mr.Drazen has been my lawyer for 7 years. He has accomplished EVERYTHING I have asked of him. He is tremendously knowledgeable in the area of family law and has helped me fight (and WIN) for the best interests of my son. I would never consider another lawyer...I know Jim and his staff have a real interest in the outcome of my cases and requests. Many times Jim has given me not only legal advice but also, "If you were my daughter" advice. You can not put a price on hiring someone who ACTUALLY cares.

Do yourself a favor and don't use him. He's never going to call you back and he'll probably file the motions late costing you everything. You'd be better off setting your retainer on fire.

tried to get an uncontested ivorce beginning in may of 2007 paid fifteen hundred dollars up front as a retainer for services it is november now the papers never got served and no one will talk to me or refund my money.there was NO communication and No divorce has happened and he was not even in town for our court date
