are you kidding me? this one got 5?? We presented our case to this lawyer along with a $600 retainer fee. After being told worst case scenario would be 3 months before our issue was resolved we started to feel hopeful. It's now been 3 1/2 months..NOTHING has been done. Trying to get ahold of this lawyer is next to impossible..always hearing "he'll get back to you" (which never ends up happening. Last time I called i demanded to be put on hold rather than wait for a call back..at which point the lawyer says "whoa..guess I'd better get busy!" (referring to our case)...ummm...it had been 3 months..what exactly has our retainer fee paid for??? He told us "i'll get back to you in 24 hrs"...that was 2 weeks ago. I'm mad as hell! He's made ZERO contact with us..we've been the one chasing him around. A weekly call saying ANYTHING..would be encouraging AND appreciated. AWFUL lawyer and I'll be sure everyone i know hears about it!
