This is in response to the nasty review on this page which I'm ashamed to say was written by my angry brother. Ms. Thaete is an excellent lawyer who is both kind and easy to talk to. Her staff is also very friendly and professional with immediate responses to all questions. All matters in our very simple trust case have been handled smoothly and of course legally. This is a family issue involving a serious falling out of one sibling against his other three. Sadly he has decided to direct his anger not only at his siblings but now at Ms. Thaete. Please take this for what it is: A sad family squabble which would break our deceased mother's heart if she knew what he was doing. I offer my public apologies to Ms. Thaete for having to professionally bear the brunt of our family's lifelong emotional mess.

Dealing with Family Trust. Non responsive. Secretive. Not very knowledgeable. Represents everyone, but the person(s) the trust is designed to benefit. Doesn't look into history of trust already existing. Have yet to hear a single explanation of actions taken. Ignores history of why things are done.

Very warm, understanding personality. Very knowledgeable. Communicates information in easy to understand terms. Does not make you feel pressured. We felt as though we received tremendous value for our fees.
