Hurried through the final negotiation and writing of final settlement and in the process, either overlooked or just didnt include non negotiable items requested by the client. Added language to final judgement without knowledge or agreement from client, that favored opposing side. Didnt argue client's position at all during settlement conference with judge, and in fact, almost lost substantial items for client. Several clerical errors that took way to long to correct. For the amount of money charged and for the amount of information given to him, the final settlement should have been more than a stock template that could have been downloaded from the internet.
