Best Lawyer my x could hire. Does not read paperwork. lies, over charges her, gives her bad advise. Paperwork is sloppy inaccurate and mostly irrelevant shows up in court without the proper paperwork and has to have an assistant bring it in ,,, This show how prepared his for the court hearing

They charge way too much and communicate poorly, then if you cannot pay a $5000.00 additional money after a year of deliberation with the other atty. they dump you. Once again I will face a man with no representation in divorce, no job, and a dependent Mother with dementia. I refuse to shove her in a nursing home to work and pay some greedy attorney. My husband left me for another woman, and I will be the one with no alimony.

When I found myself in the unexpected situation that that I was in, I scoured the Internet looking for a lawyer to assist me. Reading all the different attorney summaries and client reviews online, I went with Knochel & Knochel. I am glad I did. I was impressed how everyone in the office was extremely knowledgeable and to get assistance I didn't have to wait for a return call from my attorney. Throughout my whole ordeal I never felt alone and always felt they were doing their best to help me in my situation, both from Keith my attorney and Jennifer who was always there to answer my questions. In all, I am very happy with the service I received from Knochel & Knochel and highly recommend them for your defense if you should ever need one. Respectfully J.M.

I used the Knochel Law Offices for a bankruptcy and could not have asked for a better attorney. Mr. Knochel and his staff made sure to explain the process in detail and were there for me every step of the way throughout the proceeding. It was comforting to know I had an experienced attorney, who was more than prepared to deal with my creditors and go to court with me. I will definitely use the Knochel Law Office again, should I need legal assistance in the future...- JH

Mr Knochel handled my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy a few years ago and I couldnt have been in better hands!!! I went to him when I was about to lose my home and he helped me stay in my home for as long as possible which was much, much longer than others in the same position as me! Also, not only was EVERYONE in his office helpful and caring, but Mr Knochel himself ALWAYS took the time to reach out to me by phone and by email with ANY questions I might have had (and there were many!). He also kept in touch with me after it was all said and done to make sure I was happy and "If there was anything else he could help me with dont hesitate to call". Mr Knochel isnt only out for money....he truly cares about the people who come to him, he knows this is a difficult part of anyones life, if they are seeking his help and I couldnt have asked for a better BANKRUPTCY LAWYER! I agree with the other comments. I did most of the leg work. Only heard from him when he thought I owed him money. He then wrote me a very threatening email. Funny thing was the money I supposedly owed him wasn't even due. Extremely poor communication. Accused me of not calling back. When I documented and proved my phone calls he just brushed that off. No mea culpa for sending very nasty emails Bully like behavior. Glad I'm done with him. Could hear him yelling at his wife during phone consultations .

Not sure which Keith Knochel the last two good ratings were about, but it sure doesn't sound like the one I hired. The Keith Knochel I hired was A LOT more like the other ratings with a sad face on them, I couldn't believe how perfectly they described him. I wonder if the two smiley face ratings were done from within his office. I did most of the work on my case, he hardly ever contacted me, I had to bring him up to speed on my case just before a court hearing every time since he had forgotten many details of the case along the way. Only because it is a BAD thing to go into court without an attorney did I keep him...

I would never refer anyone to this law office. I should have done my bankruptcy case myself! Even after I repeatedly emailed the attorney and left voicemails to make sure everything was going okay, my case was nearly dismissed due to not being within time frames! Whenever I contacted the office it was obvious that I was bothering everyone I talked to. I am not even sure what service I paid for.

I used them previously and it was the worst experience of my life. They do not return phone calls or emails. They kept messing things up. They do not inform you of needed information within a time frame that you need it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not worth the money.

Mr. Knochel was to represent me in two traffic ticket cases. I was told to pay over $550 up front to take care of these. I did not hear back from Knochel or his assistant.. I called for almost a YEAR!! FINALLY, Mr. Knochel went to court for me just to tell me I had tickets.. he didn't tell me the results, which caused me to default. unprofessional, unreliable, uncaring...rip off!

I dealt mostly with his wife who was terrible. She is very bossy and rude and doesn't seem to want to be nice to her clients. I am very unhappy with the work keith's firm did for me and I will never go back. I will also tell everyone I can to stay away from this awful lawyer.

Keith told me I would get all my money back in the case, this was a good case and that I should go ahead with the suit. Paid him up front and was told the money would cover it till the end. My secretary did most of the paperwork,phone calls and trip to serve other attorney. At our court hearing he was not prepared and had no clue why we were at court. Then he passed it onto his assistants to handle. They were not familiar with the case, 7 different assistants handled the case. Some of them not very pleasant. Keith and the staff always made me uncomfortable with their attitudes. Phone calls and e-mails not returned in timely manner. Promised a refund for a certain amount never got that.Settled out of court for way less than I expected. To go any further he wanted more money. I was told my final paperwork had been mailed out (3 times) still haven't got it and that was 6 weeks ago. I would never recommend him or his law firm. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the Bar.

THis is a terrible lawyer. He charged me a ton for my case. It settled the next day and then he refused to give me any money back. Knochel is terrible.

Worst lawyer I have ever encountered. He doesn't do any of the work himself, has his assisstants do everything. Doesn't keep client involved, had my case for 2 years only got 3 phone calls. Never hire this lawyer.
