He is nothing more than a Public Defender. He knows before hand the problems with the case because the public defender works with the ADA! He should know every scum bag that comes to Galveston and the Houston area!And that includes the ADA and other attorneys.

I think all the previous reviews are out of line. He handled my case, gave me a payment plan and got one of my cases dismissed and the other one reduced. I did not serve any jail time at all. Everyone here who is complaining must have either not gotten the outcome they wanted or failed to pay him. People always grumble when they are the ones who commited the offense in the first place.

This is my opinion of TAM: This guy says all the right things when meeting with his client or prospective client, but then, does nothing. He is ALL talk and NO substance. In court he totally waffles and lets the prosector make "mince meat" of his client. It's as if he is helping the opposing side convict his client.

This man is not honest when he tells you he will do "everything in my power to protect the child". He took my $25,000 and did nothing..not even file an appeal. He is initially very responsive until he gets your money....then he does not care if you live or die.

This is an attorney to be avoided. If you want to know why contact the State Bar of Texas. In my divorce, he did not return calls or appear at any hearings, despite paying him thousands of dollars. He has been sued several times and lost.

In my VERY SIMPLE DIVORCE, this is a man who took my 3000 dollars showed up at ONE temporary hearing and then I never heard from him again. Never returned my calls. Avoid him like the plague. Like a bad fungus.... then, I found out that he was publicly reprimanded by the Texas State Bar a few months back for conduct... a LONG LIST of stuff he did on just ONE occasion. Just go the other way.
