Stay away. He is a rip off. He pulled a fast one on us knwoing well that within the terms of the deal and real estate law, what he did was wrong. His last minute fast one cost us $1000 immediately. This guy and his practices is VERY unprofessional. He should be ashamed of his education and ethics.

David Roth is a walking bad lawyer joke. Took all my money, didn't do as I asked, made a very weak case, wasted time and money doing unneeded busy work for another, waste of money jr attorney in his office.. Also a poor negotiatior, I thought he was workng for the other guy when I fired him.
Good attorney for the other side.
Watch out, he seems nice and talks like he would do something for you, until you run out of $$.
