Just my opinion from my case. If your a father, then go elsewhere when looking for an attorney. I honestly felt like Mr. Gore felt more concerned with not offending his peers i.e. opposing attorney and the commissioner, than representing me in the court room. He obviously knows the game, but is not tenacious when fighting for a fathers right to see there children. I subsequently hired another attorney and the outcome of modifications was significantly better, as in fair to me, the children, and their mother. Having to contest this out of state, made communication very important in which Mr. Gore was very poor in. Sorry, Mr. Gore, but for the amount you charge, you can pay more attention to a clients wishes and court case.

This attorney spent most of his time talking about himself while charging me to listen to it, he is consumed with his own personal problems. He is either incompetent in the court room or lazy, it's hard to tell. I cant even fathom why anyone would give him a good review. He was cheap,but in the end I lost everything. So not that cheap after all.

This attorney does not return calls or letters from other attorneys. He takes your money and does nothing for you.

I simply was not happy with how some of my divorce matters were conducted. Maybe it could have been worse or better, who knows, but if I could do it over again I think I would have went with a different attorney. Seemed like there was too much litigation for what could have been a simpler case.

I felt that I was in good hands regarding the custody and support issues that came up for my family over the years when my children were young. I couldn't ask for a better or more experienced attorney.

Bob Gore did an amazing job for me. I found him to be strong, compassionate, intelligent and caring. I don't know where these ratings are coming from, really. I have nothing but respect for Bob Gore.

I had a very tough case, involving getting full custody of the kids and the rest of the ugliness that comes with a contested divorce. Mr. Gore helped me get to every meaningful outcome, though it sometimes felt like we would never get there. Overall there were times it was frustrating and confusing, but he has been my advocate and has done the job I've paid him for. And I really have to wonder about anyone who loves their divorce lawyer...really. I also wonder if some of these comments didn't come from people on the other side of the table from him, but to each his/her own. I hope I never need another divorce lawyer, and sorry for all those who do- it's not a pretty process.

Mr. Gore has no regard for the wellbeing of children. He will tear families apart without remorse. If you don't care about what's best for your children, then I'd say let this guy handle your case. He will threaten, belittle, harass and defame the character of anyone whether or not it is in anyone's best interest.

Mr. Gore does seem knowledgeable, but the quality of his work was just not there. He also did not communicate very well. I think he forgets that he is hired to work for his customer and without consulting you. As far as tenacity, really needs to put the game face on when in the court room. Needs to fight hard for his client and at least appear to care. Overall the quality of his work was not there. He has the knowledge, but putting everything together just did not seem to happen. Not to say he hasn't done better in the past, but my particular case he failed where it counted. The overall value in my instance is a 1. He failed every objective we had set forth and jumped the gun to many times without consulting me the client. Honestly, your money can be spent better elsewhere and especially if its case that is very important, then look for someone better. If I had to do it over again would not choose Mr. Gore to represent my case.

took my case pro bono took on a Santa Cruz county Asst.DA & SC County Sheriff officer that had custody of my son. with his help visitation was re-established. Change of venue maneuver by opposing counsel was averted, went to court numerous times, handled all correspondence and court filings. and never charged me a dime due to my financial distress supporting my 2 children that lived with me and who I solely supported. I will never forget his words of counsel during this very difficult time. Excellent Attorney and even though people feel the need to slander this man I would chose any other man to fight in my corner.
