Jeff is not an attorney. His brother Doug Haynes is and Jeff assists him. I paid Doug 1500.00 toward my divorce and my case was dropped by the courts twice due to inactivity. He did nothing and would not return my calls. I emailed him countless times and only spoke to Jeff who assured me that Doug would call me and he never did. I had to hire another attorney and he only answered her call so he could release my case. How convenient!
