Retained him for over a year and never got a bill. Only way I got the itemized bill was to generated a complaint with NYSBA. FINALLY got a copy of the bill - FROM THE NYSBA not from him. I lost all confidence in him and if I had to do it again my feet would never touch the ground as I ran away!!

DO NOT EVER hire this lawyer. He should be disbarred. He lied to us, did not submit ANY info. regarding our case and we lost. NEVER told us about the decision and then missed the appeal date. We paid him and had NO representation. I am still in shock that we were played by him. He is a liar and a cheat and should be disbarred!!!

He never returned my phone calls when I contacted his office. Do some research you will see that he isn't the most honest of attorneys.

In Order to have a phone call returned or any coorespondance relating to my case , I would need to dial *67 to block the number that I was calling from, on the third consecutive attempt. Then I would receive an immediate answer on the lawyers cell phone. This was only after 6 weeks of trying to contact him, when the difficult situation had hit an alltime low with regaurd to lifes obstacles respectively. When the phone was answered, the only responce received was who is this, after working with said attorney for over two years of patient cooperation on my part and no dirrection as to steps required how to handle my particular sittuation. My rating is based on history of neglect and lack of attention from both office staff and legal council. Last minute demands for paperwork and indepth information required at dedline dates. No coorespondence before arbitration examinations to include amounts requested of opposition. This performance style was consistent in many individule cases.
