I had a closing with Mr. Smitherman in September. After the closing I had questions and tried calling many times in Oct. & Dec and he never returned my phones calls. In Jan 2007 I received a delinquent notice on my taxes (that he said would be paid). Again, I tried calling him every day for 2 weeks and never got a response. It wasn't until my Attorney contacted him that I got any information. Once we did get the check for the sale it was missing monies (the sale was under an estate).
