Joined another high powered, well known firm, amidst my divorce proceedings. I was charged $1795.00 for their services, for which I never requested. They just happened to sit in on a meeting between Brenda and myself. Then they sent me the statement. I did not go through with the divorce. But before that , she sent me to another attorney that charged me $10,000.00 from the very beginning. because she felt the opposing lawyer was too tough for her.! I gave her the initial statement from the Krieger & Sullivan law Firm, and she said that she would take care of it, as it was her responsibility. Now 1/1/2 years later, I get this bill from Krieger and Sullivan for $1795.00. Outrageous!!

I reported this woman to the bar. She took money and did not perform the services. I also reported her to the Orange County District Attorney's Office to see if criminal charges can be filed given her numerous State Bar complaints and her disbarment. Absolutely devastating what she does to clients. Horrific doesn't even come close. She was financially, emotionally and verbally abusive.

Awful. Awful. Awful. I had a really bad experience that left me scared. She is unethical. The California State Bar has several invesitations gong on her. She is no longer able to practice law. Thank God for that blessing as it protects consumers.

This attorney took my money and I later found out her law license was suspended. How she can ethically retain people for work without a valid license is beyond me. No morals. Unethical. I reported her to the California Bar Association.

Awful attorney. I interviewed her for my case. I went home and googled her. it turns out she is not in good standing with the Caifornia State Bar and does not have a valid license to practice as she didn't pay her membership fees. She tried to retain me as a client under these circumstances. I am reporting her to the Bar. I also read on the California State Bar website that she has been disciplined and found guilty of unethical behavior and had to take a class on ethics. I felt she was money-hungry when I interviewed her. I am thankful I did not hire her like she was pressuring me to do so. I am thankful for this and other consumer websites that I found out what I did about her before I lost my money.

Lack of preparation and terrible communication and interpersonal skills. Office staff is disorganized as well. Not sure McCune should be an attorney as her lack of care, detail and attention didn't strike me as someone really committed to the profession. I tried to work with her for about 3 months and it was 3 months too long and she stumbled, didn't return calls and grossly misrepresented her capabilities. I would caution anyone from hiring her and do extensive research, I found a better attorney and I am so happy I followed my gut.

I fired this attorney. I didn't think about reading online reviews before I hire her. She talks a good game to get your business and then doesn't do the real work to EARN the retainer. She rarely returns calls and had her staff call me to lie that she was going to call me. I even had her staff call me to tell me she went home with a headache and they charged me for that. Best advice is to not hire her. Keep a log of all your interactions. She should not be in the business and frankly I think she wants to run for city council or some other kind of post more than she attends to what I now call a "fake" business. She gives attorney's a bad name.

RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY. She will take your money, never ever call you. She wants to litigate everything. She gets facts wrong. She lies. Do it yourself or hire anyone else. She will NOT GET YOUR DIVORCE DONE. SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE ERRORS ALL OVER YOUR CASE. She will never settle your divorce.

Ill Prepared,Always Late,No work ethics, Bad billing, Doesn't reallly care, Only cares for Money and her reputation,First meeting excellent try to impress you but after getting her retainer doesn't care.Always late in court
