I was arrested for two Class A Misdemeanors and was facing a year in jail on each charge. The prosecution had a very weak case and was taking their time moving this forward to a jury trial. After much postponement, the prosecution was ready to discuss a plea bargain. My lawyers were able to successfully negotiate a plea agreement which entailed dismissing one of the charges all together and lowering the other charge to a Class C Misdemeanor with a 90-day deferment and a fine. After the successful completion of the 90-day deferment, the Class C Misdemeanor would be dismissed. I believe this plea agreement was in my best interest as it avoided going to trial, which we felt our case was strong and in our favor based on the facts, but it still would have been a crapshoot as to whether we were going to get a favorable jury considering this occured in a small town. I think Mr. Balagia has good working knowledge. However, he is too busy running the United States engaging in speaking engagements, that his law practice is suffering. Note: very expensive, POOR customer service. No call backs, you won't know where your case is....

I used Jamie to help me through a legal nightmare. His advice was both timely and squarely on point. Without him, I would have likely ended up in jail for quite some time.
