Sally Sue Benson, is a thief! Requested a retainer of 2500.00. then demanded another 1000.00. Sally Benson never prepared paperwork to be filed. it is illegal to take money and not perform services. Then this con- artist bills you for services that were not rendered, also fraud. this scumbag needs to be reported to the FLORIDA BAR ASSOCIATION and CHARGES FILED FOR FRAUD! in addition, Sally Sue Benson is never available, ( only when she needs your money) voicemail full, never returns calls, out of the country according to her staff ongoing, (using our hard earn money for her fetish travel expeditions!) Truly a scumbag lawyer. This women should be disbarred for horrific law practices. She has ripped off several others and has been sued by other attorneys for shady ongoings. like earlier blogger, she holds your paper work hostage. you can not get in touch with her only office located on Prosperity Farms Road in Palm Beach Gardens. This Sally Benson is a horrible attorney!

Just got fleeced by Sally. She dropped me after 5 months of overbilling me and giving terrible service and is holding my paperwork hostage to get more money. She was dealing with opposite lawyer without my consent or knowledge. STAY AWAY. And keep hold of your money. She preys on the distraught .

I would have to agree with the last poster. Not only did everything seem half ass but she was very vague on purpose of deceiving me. When you push her about certain things, she becomes very confrontational and aggressive.

When you have to retain a lawyer generally there is something distressing going on and you pay the money to have legal support. Sally was disorganized, flustered, uneducated about the law, unavailable and overall just a place to burn my money at. I seriously recommend that you STAY AWAY. She isn’t there to help you she is there to help herself.
