Craig is professional, well respected in our community and surrounding areas, well educated & highly recommended. He is sweet, patient, quick witted but don't let that fool you, he fights like a bull dog. When you hire Craig you don't need to worry about anything. Let me give you a quick example of what I mean:
My last case was somewhat complex, and there were large sums of money being sought after. (The amount was large to me). I never once lost sleep, did not stress, did not talk about it, simply put I just was not worried about it after I hired Craig. The other party on the other hand, was stressed to the max, barely slept, gave up weekly events, basically he gave up a lot until this case was over. My point, you don't have to worry when you hire Craig. His entire team is amazing!
I trust Craig and highly recommend him.

He's a busy man so he's hard to get a hold of, but his staff follows through. I recommend him highly. He is tenacious! He'll fight for you. I've seen him do miracles in court!

Amazing lawyer best in town by far ! Fantastic staff and always willing to go the extra mile to help you. I needed a great lawyer to help help me thru a rough divorce and Elhart did just that. Simply put, Craig is the best attorney in town. He represented me in a criminal traffic matter in 2014. He fought hard an had the charge dismissed. I am confident that had it not been for his representation, I would have not only not been forced to go to trial on the charge, but may have been convicted. He is sharp and fights hard for his clients.

craig had promised us he would come through but when it come down time for court it was like a total 180. nothing that was suppose to be done happened. it was like he just wanted to make a quick buck. BUYER BE WARE!!

Never having dealt with the legal system before, I was very nervous when I had to contact an attorney for a criminal matter. But Mr. Elhart "held my hand" throughout the whole process and assured me that sometimes good people do bad things -- or at least dumb things. I never felt embarrassed by my lack of good judgment when speaking with him. He knew what to say to make me feel better and he knew what to do to get me the best deal possible.

Craig was the greatest. He and his office helped me to fight a nasty divorce. The other attorney was awful, pulling out all the stops and believing lies told by the ex-wife. Craig dug in and fought the other attorney in court, proving that I was in the right. I got more during the divorce settlement than I was originally offered. I couldn'thave done it without Craig. I have and will continue to recommend Craig Elhart to others.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Craig for my custody case, which ended horribly. Craig was always a nice man, but never put the effort into the case and never fulfilled his promises. Unfortunately, all he left me with was unhappy children and empty pockets. Needless to say, I would never again use him or recommend him.

I can't imagine not having Craig Elhart in my corner. He is one of those attorneys that gets results. I know he is expensive, but he is really worth it.
