I would NEVER recommend Randall Skeen to anyone! There needs to be a "0" in the rating for communication. He NEVER told me what was going on or what to expect during my divorce, and when I got upset that there was no communication, he told me I was high-maintenance and that he wasn't going to "hold my hand", then told me I should get new council (I should have)! He would negotiate with opposing council and not tell me, or even ask if that is what I wanted. He kept telling me that there was no way I would ever get what I needed and so he didn't bother to even ask for it. I called to meet with him before my first hearing, and his paralegal told me "that won't be necessary." How on earth can he fight for me if he has NO IDEA what is going on? I finally had to take matters into my own hands, got my ex to sign an agreement outside of court, and got all the things he said I would never get. I did my own research, wrote my own stipulation, did my own negotiating, and it still cost me $5000!!!

Randall is horrible. In my divorce he kept referring to the high dollar cases he had at the time. When it came to my case he cost me over $5000 in attorneys fees to him and then he worked against me with opposing counsel to get my ex wife money that was far beyond what I was even making. I could not afford to live after he highly encouraged me to settle so he could take off for the weekend. I had to get another attorney to undo what he had done. WITH MY NEW ATTORNEY I ended up saving $20,000 I would have had to pay my ex, not to mention I ended up saving over $2400 a month to get what was fair. RANDALL IS A SNAKE AND HAS NO INTEGRITY.

Was extremely aggressive. Hard to get ahold of and some of his tactics felt underhanded. I would NOT recommend him.

Randy and I could not communicate, and I consider myself a good communicator. I never felt like he was on my side-- he played the devil's advocate a little too well. And because I wasn't a high-dollar divorce case, I felt put on the back burner A LOT. In fact, we basically handed my ex-husband everything he wanted and I still don't know why. I was in a terrible place emotionally, and I needed my attorney to understand what I was going through. Our plan of attack never seemed clear to me, often his advice was poor, and I felt like I was the last person to know anything in my own case. His well-meaning secretary is curt and unhelpful.

Communication skills stink. This lawyer can not even find the time to advise his client hearings are re-scheduled, client appears in court there is no lawyer there is no judge, in fact there is no one. so beware of this folks.
