I am very happy with Mr. Nance and his team! He became my divorce lawyer 3 years ago and since then he has ALWAYS been there for me and my two boys. I am a single mother and his help and advice through out my divorce case has been great! Brad Nance continues to help me with the enforcement cases in which the non-custodial parent (my ex-husband) lacks on paying child support as well as he doesn't follow the rules of our divorce decree. Mr. Nance is helpful with always providing advice and being there with me on each and every court case I have had to attend regarding the non-payment of child support. I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a lawyer. He is affordable, and very reliable!

mr. nance is a predator. He was fully aware that I was a disabled single parent of 2 and not receiving child support. He told me my case would cost $2500; $500 down and $400 per month. There was no real estate or pensions involved. After having paid the $2500 with no results, his office called wanting another payment of $400. I couldn't pay anymore: he had done little to nothing on my case. He then withdrew from my case. I now have to go to court w/o legal representation. I had a child support case and the divorce case that I have to get combined. The divorce case is up for disposal due to inactivity. There's no telling how long he would have continued to take monthly payments without doing anything. I would recommend him to my wife.

Mr Nance and his team were very efficient in my divorce case. I had to move out of state and was afraid to come back to Texas due to how emotionally disturbed my ex husband had turned out to be. Mr Nance and his team kept in contact with me from out of state. They got me a court date and came with me to court. I was able to get my divorce finalized, which was a relief because my former attorneys had been ignoring my phone calls while charging me an arm and a leg each month for almost a year prior to me contacting Mr Nance. He never charged me for asking him a question nor did he charge me the phone calls he had to make to contact me. I paid the fee he quoted me and that was it. Very reasonable. I am very grateful!

Amazing. I am a Over the road Driver and needed someone to handle my divorce without a lot of complications and without me being around except for the final court date. he and his office personal keep in communication with me and guided me threw every detail. without a lot of hassle for me at the price he quoted and that he advertises at. 60 days after he filed he got me a court date with my crazy schedule. he had me come in and got me in the day i came in. could not have asked for any better. hes the best......

he is a horrible attonery. All he did was take my money and nothing else . He had my divorce case for over 6 months and then come to find out he had filed nothing for my case . I got a new attorney and he is astonished about how much money and time I'm wasted after he requested for all my documentation from Mr. nance and then discovered that there was nothing . Yep over 3 K down the drain.

I love this lawyer! I looked everywhere and he was THE BEST PRICED and had other solutions that other lawyers didnt even give me. My divorce was sooo quick. So many others just blew a bunch of smoke up my axx and I was getting very discouraged. Then at the last minute I found this lawyer and BOOM it was done. I will recommend him to any and everybody in my PREVIOUS situation. YAY!!!!

Mr. Brad Nance has been an EXCELLENT ATTORNEY FOR MY CASE!!! This man is very reasonable to work with and WONT SCREW YOU AROUND! He has been totally upfront me on all my details and specifics about my case. He has given me options and recommendations that were VERY HELPFUL to my situation! I have emailed him at 11:00pm at night with questions and concerns and got a response back from him before midnight that same night! What other attorneys do you know that will answer YOUR questions after hours??? Probably not many. Hopefully I will not be in a situation where I need another attorney, but if I do...he's the man! Words cannot express how awesome this man is and how he saved our family. My husband was about to be thrown in jail for 180 days due to child support arrears and all the whole time, the child in question has been living with us. No one was listening to a word we were saying and we had no choice but to bet on Brad, and he delivered. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and he gets results. We now have custody and the mother has been ordered to pay my husband support. I can finally breathe again and our children are free to be children and be happy. Thank Goodness for Brad Nance!

I hired Mr. Nance for my divorce and he did an excellent job. Talk about fast too. He would respond quickly to all my emails when I had questions. My divorce went very quickly. I will definitely be using Mr. Nance again. I already referred my friend to him and he is doing his divorce also. Totally recommend Mr. Nance.

Once he get your money he does nothing. You have to do all the calling & most likely want get a return call. He will gladly make himself available to take you money. If you want to do your own investigation & all the legal work "HE THE LAWYER FOR YOU!'.

I thought overall Brad did a great job.It may be my bad that I don't totally understand all the lingo, but to his credit he worked hard on my case and was very attentive and communicative whenever I called. I would recommend and hire him again.

lacking people skills could care less about your case. all about money. never communicate with clients and keep you the loop on what's going on with your case poor poor quality receptionist very rude when you call in to ask questions and try to catch up with the attorney I gave up

My husband had a dwi Probation Violation, i found Brad on greensheet, when and saw him he assure me 100% he was going going to get my husband out of jail, but order lawyers spoke up front is not going to be an easy case.but when i came to his office he told me,is a piece of cake for him.i gave him $1000 up front to start the case. The day of my husband trail he don't show up call his office they keep telling me he is on his way caming.My husband trail was 9am Brad show up at 12pm in the afternoon. And set another trail day,so the next trail when he came he started telling me the judge some body two years in jail is not going to be easy after promising me he was going to free my husband. The public lawyer was offered my husband two years before i hired brad.But brad made it worse they gave my husband 2yrs6mos.my husband do not understand the paperwork before signing it.we will have apeal the case he sent my husband get him self in it. That he should do the time bad lawyer to hire.??????

He advertised great value and that's exactly what I got. Always upfront about my case. Don't hire him if you want him to tell you something you want to hear. He works the case for you, not for just making you happy. Very satisfied with my results, and extremely good at communication(gave his email, cell phone and home phone!)

When I first met Brad Nance, he did come off as trustworthy and a man who would have my best interest in mind. As time went on he never kept me informed. I always called his office to get an update. When he found out my case was going to go to trial the price jumped thousands of dollars. He did not fight to for me or show the smallest desire to want to keep me as his client. Hind sight Brad Nance was very lazy. I found a lawyer that has been the complete opposite of Brad Nance and I am grateful Mr. Nance got so greedy. Would not recommend him to anyone. Money hungry and unprofessional.

The only time you will hear from this law office is when they want a payment. Minimum work for maximum pay. They are quick to ask for money but slow when it comes to delivering good service. Keep this in mind!!!

Hired him to work my divorce. Spouse was abusive, and I had proof. He told me to trust him. Results... Abusive spouse received custody of our son, plus gets a hefty alimony payment. Don't hire this guy. He's the best lawyer your spouse will ever have, if you do.

Really nice guy and very aggressive lawyer. Even worked out payments with me. Not the cheapest guy in town, but you don't want that anyway. His staff was excellent and incredibly nice. Highly recommend him.
