Mr.Bragg was disbarred for taking peoples money and disappearing.He was then jailed for practicing law without a license.He will take your money and ignore your calls.

He disappeared for 14 months while I sat behind bars unable to get a court date.Hes the worst.I got 4 years for a verbal threat with no priors.

Mark is awesome, he has been there for my young children and I for 2 years now through my custody, every time we leave the court room its been successful on our part. He has responded to every txt and phone call in a timely manner, even gone past that and communicated with me on the weekends due to my job.I highly recommend him for custody and criminal which i've heard from close friends was a tiger in the court room and once again won their case. For an Attorney very professional, knows his job. I will continue to have him represent me and my family in the future, trust him 100%!!!!

Mr. Bragg has represented me for several years as my primary attorney. He has helped me with forming business entities and drafting business contracts to shield me from potential liability. He also represented me in a criminal matter and kept me out of jail when all cards were stacked against me. When my marriage fell apart, he represented me once again. He got me everything I wanted while keeping relations civil with my ex. Mr. Bragg is a wonderful attorney and a die-hard advocate. He communicates frequently with his clients and helps them to make the best decisions possible, based on reliable information and sound advice. I have referred several friends to Mr. Bragg, and they have all had great experiences. I highly recommend this attorney.

Pit bull? If a Pit Bull is dead, maybe. Bragg studied a law book, DURING THE TRIAL, while my husband defended HIMSELF. Prosecution was asking for 15 yrs, and Bragg got him 17. How is that possible with a good atty? Bragg knew nothing about the case. A friend of the family who is a DA in LA. is writing a letter to the BAR for us on this guy. He will tell you he is going to do something for the case and then NEVER does it, no matter how many times you stay on him about it. I wouldn't pay him if I were you. All these people saying that he is good on this site have got to be fake.

i hired mark braggs as my attorney in what seemed to be a winless fight for custody of my son. my ex wife had taken him to austin and barely let me see him. after mark was involed he worked endless hours to make sure i got my rights to see him as often as possible til the trial. at the trial mark achevied the impossible, he got me custody of my son. now in tx as you know the chances of a man winning custody of there children are slim to none. not only is he a great lawyer but he is a true friend! thank you for everything mark!!

Incredible. I have had to use several lawyers in the past and none of them come close to Mr. Bragg. He represented me in a divorce and cleaned house. He has also defended me in a criminal case. Second degree felony reduced to misdemeanor. Highly recommend.

Needed a quck turn around on document..literally turned around in courts w/in 2 days! He get's the job done and in a very timely fashion. Worth every bit charged. Returned all calls and emails promptly. Highly recommend!

This guy is the worst attorney and would not be worth hiring if he charged 5 cents for his services. He is terrible with returning phone calls or replying to e-mails. Flat out lied about filing certain motions and speaking on your behalf. He is rude and talks to you like a jerk if you ask questions, as if he is on the defensive for himself. He is also on probation with the Texas bar association, check out their website first. You would be better off without an attorney than to have this one. he gets your hopes up and then shoots you down seemingly on purpose....

Had potential felony inhancement thrown out of court and no charges were filed. I have retained many different attorneys, however I believe that he was the best retainer ever spent. It's all about Bragg.....
