On my first and only appointment with Harvey, the whole time was spent with him questioning me on my financial ability to pay him "if" he took my case, and for that I paid him $250.00, and he NEVER asked me one question about the case that I wanted him to represent me on. AVOID AVOID AVOID this self promotor.

Harvey is great at getting a case reopened where a lawyer dismissed a client with prejudice. prices getting high, need to do more contingency cases, especially when there may not be a trial. or even a lawsuit. its a fast 33%

Outrageous that this man could have good ratings. He is an absolute moron and just an all around bad person. Aside from his lack of lawyer skills and terrible personaility, he was seen at a golf course driving his car where carts are supposed to be driven, and joining up with groups that absolutely dread even looking at this man.

Do not use this lawyer. He made me cry in his office. He refused to listen to my instructions and he is extremely rude. I had to sue him becuase of his fees. Stay clear away.

Harvey & His Staff are Great, they are open and tell it like it is and not greedy, I had 2-60 min meetings with them on separate issues on separate occasions to see if I had a case on different matters, and I never even got billed...
