Worst lawyer on Earth. He showed up at depositions without even appropriate attire. He violated client privilege, shared confidential information with opposing counsel and lied about how he was handling my case. When I confronted him about it, he became abusive and nasty. He set my case back years, and he wanted to drop it because he screwed it up so badly, it was a joke. He missed deadlines, which compromised my case, and never one time stood up for me when the employer and opposing counsel broke the rules. Either he is the most idiotic lawyer in the world, or he is on the take. There is simply no other explanation for the mess he made of my case.

Mr Dial handled my divorce case form 2008-2010, Unfortunately, my ex is extremely mean. I have to commend Mr Dial for the excellent way in which he dealt with the awful letters and threats from my ex. He is a wonderful man. He did a great job for me in court. He stated facts to my benefit and kept to the facts regarding my ex. I appreciate him being kind to the father of my children; even though my ex did not deserve it.

Stammers in court. Did not know or care to file motion for reconsideration or even give objections in court. Got me sanctioned $4000 for him being late one day in sending interrogatories which he had screwed up in the first place.Likeable but bumbling. Made a fool of himself in court. Cant even dress properly.

Told me to "just sign" a document that gave sole legal custody to my ex-wife! I had no idea what I was doing back then. I do now, after being ripped off by him! Billed ME for filling out forms that I prepared myself and he tried to say he prepared them! Total fraud! His only good reviews are fake reviews from Isaac Sandoval himself (I know this for a fact), his fraudulent sidekick. I had witnesses ready to testify and a whole case built up. The day of court he said we're just gonna settle a Stip in the hallway!! I asked him why and he said, "Well, mothers always win in court no matter what. What can you do." He told me the whole time that we were going to trial and he was speed reading my paperwork after he got to court, he wasn't even familiar with the case after working on it for months and tons of emails and phone calls! WTH?! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!
