For my case, he failed to keep me informed of what he was working on and the progess he was making to get my case resolved. He also failed to inform me he would not be able to make a court date and would have his partner fill in for him, which caused anxiety when I did not see him on the court date. Because he didn't keep me informed on what he was working on, it caused me to make an uninformed decision which was probably not in my best interested. He also made me feel unappreciated by his lack of attention to detail by misspelling my name on written communication as well as using the wrong dates.
