I have hired Mr. Sheffield on two occasions and have recommended his office to several friends involving accidents cases. Unfortunately, I was involved in two car accidents several years apart. Both accidents involved serious injuries and were complicated by issues of liability on one and the other involved voiding a release I had signed in the hospital while incapacitated. On both occasions I would have been taken advantage of by the insurance company had Dann not have intervened on my behalf.Lawsuits were required on both cases. Because of Mr. Sheffield's knowledgeable and aggressive representation, I was able to receive fair compensation for both accidents. I remain grateful to this date that I chose Dann's office to be my attorney. If I am ever involved in another accident(Hopefully Not) I will immediately contact Mr. Sheffield's office to assist me. I was seriously injured in a commercial fishing boat accident that resulted in the loss of both legs.I contacted Dann D Sheffield and Assoc. shortly after my accident. Dann met with me immediately and began interacting with my tasting physicians and took control of communication with the various insurance companies. Dann's professional response prevented intimidation from the insurance company representatives and allowed me to focus on my recovery. Dann contacted various marine experts and rehabilation professionals to document my accident and future medical care along with future medical costs associated with my permanent disabilities. Thoughout this complicated process Dann and his legal staff kept me informed of all developments . I would recommend Dann D Sheffield to anyone who's has had an injury. R.B. Arlington, WA

since my last rating of this firm. I have had better relations with them. I have been asigned an advocate and she has been keeping in contact and making me feel as if Sheffield Attorneys office is representing me. dw

Mr. Sheffield has done two accidents for me years and did a good job on both. They only called me when they needed to and always explained what was happening. Took longer than I expected but explained why. I would use him again or refer friends to him.

Mr Sheffield and his office have always returned my calls promptly. He is kind, sensitive and attentive. I really feel as if he has my back and I don't feel as if he is only out for the money. Members of his staff can be a bit rude but its a wonder what a little patience will get you!

they never call back, never in the office, 3yrs limt on claim for accident, 1 month befor deadline they called an told be to find another attorney they were to busy to represent me in court, responsale partys insurance would only settle for 1/2 of my medical. what a sucker attorney firm. I get hit in the rear by a truck , and sheffields attorneys hit me even harder in the rear, now I may get no money for my injurey and I will have to pay all my medical. Miss leading attorney information making me think theY were really representing me

Seems to be a common thing. Same problem doesn't return phone calls, staff doesn't return phone calls either, Possible no communication between staff and attorney? Staff rude acting as If I had committed a crime. Not treated with respect or value. Havent heard from him in 5 months and only 3 times in 2 years.
