From a $15,000 offer/promise to a $500 settlement. What would you call that? I lost a $1,000 vehicle. My passenger temporarily lost the use of his thumb. He got his thumb back. I still don't have a vehicle. HE got $3,000. I got $500. What's wrong with this picture? It took over 3 months to come up with this figure (which I HAD to settle for). I have no idea how much HE got. If they can afford to advertise on regional TV, they can afford better service than this. Gervelis Law firm may be good, but, Rudge (remember that name) is NOT fully committed to his work, or he would have pushed harder and faster for more.
